Returns: We regret to inform you that we do not currently offer returns or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via our Telegram channel.

Refunds: Refunds are exclusively available to customers who have received incorrect or damaged items. If you find yourself in this situation, kindly contact us on our Telegram channel. Ensure you include photographs of the wrong or damaged items, and we will promptly address the matter.

Exchanges: Presently, we do not provide item exchanges. If you’re uncertain about which size or color would suit you better, take advantage of our sizing charts. You can locate one for every product listed on our store in the product description section. While rare, if you believe you have received a mislabeled item, please notify us through our Telegram channel (https://t.me/hodlinvestorgroup) within one week of receiving your order. Remember to include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will then either dispatch a replacement item or issue a refund as necessary!
